§ 955. Apportionment of State funds
The Department of Environmental Conservation may apportion among districts or agencies State funds available for maintenance and operation. Apportionment of State funds for this purpose by the Department shall be final. (Amended 1961, No. 100, § 2; 1981, No. 222 (Adj. Sess.), § 17; 1987, No. 76, § 18.)
