§ 252. Bonds eligible for investment
Bonds issued under this subchapter shall be legal investments for all persons without limit as to the amount held, regardless of whether they are acting for their own account or in a fiduciary capacity; such bonds shall likewise be legal investments for all public officials authorized to invest public funds. No person offering to buy or sell or buying or selling the bonds shall be required to obtain any license or register any transaction in connection with them. (Added 1973, No. 197 (Adj.
