§ 4863. Trapping tags; fees
The Commissioner may fix a fee not to exceed $1.00 that shall be paid by the trapper to the game warden for each skin required to be tagged and marked by regulations of the Board and such fees shall be transmitted to the Commissioner who shall pay the same into the State Treasury. (Added 1961, No. 119, § 1, eff. May 9, 1961.)
