§ 4833. Coyote Control Program
The Commissioner shall develop a Coyote Control Program for implementation in those areas of the State where he or she has determined that predation by coyotes is posing a threat to domesticated animals, deer, and other wildlife. In no event shall the Program use poison. (Added 1985, No. 132 (Adj. Sess.).)
