§ 4703. Use of set guns; recovery for damage
A person shall not at any time set or use any device, the object of which is to discharge a firearm for the purpose of taking any wild animal. A person violating this section shall be liable for twice the amount of damage caused by his or her act to be recovered by a person damaged thereby, in a civil action on this section. (Added 1961, No. 119, § 1, eff. May 9, 1961.)
