§ 8. Rules
The Prudential Committee shall adopt rules that govern the administration, operation, and maintenance of the water and wastewater systems. Rules adopted by the Committee shall become effective upon a majority vote of those residents of the Fire District present and voting at an annual or special meeting of the Fire District. (Added 2003, No. M-18 (Adj. Sess.), § 2, eff. May 20, 2004.)
