§ 7. Composition
Each member of the Authority shall have two directors on the Board, and three other directors shall be elected at-large by the electorate of the member municipalities. Each director shall be a resident of his or her municipality and registered to vote in municipal elections at the time of the director’s appointment or election. (Added 2013, No. M-17 (Adj. Sess.), § 2, eff. May 20, 2014.)
