§ 69. Taxes
(a)Taxes on real property shall be paid at the times and in the installments, if any, that are voted at the annual Town meeting.
(b)Interest and penalties on unpaid taxes shall be levied in the maximum amounts allowed under State law. (Added 2023, No. M-14, § 2, eff. July 1, 2023.)
