§ 54. Development Review Board and Planning Commission; meeting minutes
Copies of the minutes of the Development Review Board and of the Planning Commission shall be filed and kept in the Town Clerk’s office in separate books provided for that purpose, and they shall be available for inspection and copying by any member of the public at the office of the Zoning Officer upon request during normal business hours. Copies of all municipal land use permits, certificates of occupancy, and notices of violation of the Town’s land use regulations shall be filed in the Town’s land records. (Added 2023, No. M-14, § 2, eff. July 1, 2023.)
