§ 505. City Manager; vacancy in office of
In the event of a vacancy in the office of City Manager or the Manager’s incapacity to perform the duties and functions set forth in this article, the powers and duties shall be performed by the Acting City Manager, subject to the provisions of section 502 of this charter, until such vacancy has been filled or incapacity removed.
