§ 502. Organization
(a)The Board of Trustees shall conduct its business in accordance with Robert’s Rules of Order.
(b)Three trustees shall constitute a quorum. No action of such board shall be valid or binding unless adopted by the affirmative vote of at least two trustees. In cases where a statute requires a greater number of the Board for an affirmative vote, such provisions of law shall control.
(c)The Board of Trustees shall warn and conduct their meetings as provided by the general laws of the State relating to open meetings of public bodies.
(d)The Village President shall be the Chairman of the Board of Trustees.
