§ 5. Meetings
(a)The annual meeting shall be held on the second Monday in January or at such other time as the District at any regular or special meeting may determine. Special meetings shall be called by the Prudential Committee when necessary, pursuant to 17 V.S.A. chapter 55. It shall be the duty of the Clerk/Treasurer to notify and warn the voters of any annual or special meeting by posting notices in at least three public places in the District not less than 30 days nor more than 40 days before the day of the meeting.
(b)Conduct of meetings and duties of the Moderator shall be as provided by 17 V.S.A. chapter 55.
