§ 401. Appointment of Manager
The Selectboard shall appoint a Town Manager under and in accordance with Vermont Statutes Annotated, as amended from time to time hereafter. The Manager shall have all of the powers and duties as set forth in that chapter and in this charter. (Renumbered from 24A V.S.A. § 117-601 by 2023, No. M-19 (Adj. Sess.), § 3, eff. March 29, 2024.)
