§ 306. Records of proceedings
(a)It shall be the duty of the City Council to keep an official record of its proceedings that shall be open for public inspection. The agenda for the regular Council meeting shall be published in a local newspaper no later than three days preceding the meeting. The latest edition of Robert’s Rules of Order shall govern the deliberations of the Council except when in conflict with the laws.
(b)The minutes of each meeting shall be approved by the Council at its next meeting and the official copy authenticated by the signature of the Clerk.
