§ 305. Permissive duties
The Selectboard may:
(1)appoint or create, change, or abolish offices and commissions created by them as deemed to be in the best interests of the Town; and
(2)prescribe the duties of all offices and commissions created by them. (Amended 2021, No. M-16 (Adj. Sess.), § 2, eff. May 31, 2022.)
