§ 304. Clerk
It shall be the duty of the Clerk to warn Village meetings and keep a record of all the proceedings of said Village; the Clerk shall also ex-officio be Clerk of the Board of Trustees and keep a record of its proceedings so far as the same are proper matter for record; the Clerk shall have power to certify copies of all records kept by the Clerk for which the Clerk shall receive the same fees as town clerks for like services, and shall perform all other duties required by this charter and such as are usually performed by clerks of villages.
