§ 303. Time of holding
(a)The annual Town meeting for the consideration of the budget and other Town business shall be held on the first Tuesday of March, or on any of the three immediately preceding days, as determined by the Selectboard.
(b)The election of officers by Australian ballot and the voting on all questions to be decided by Australian ballot shall take place on the annual Town meeting day. The polls shall be opened for a minimum of nine consecutive hours between 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. as shall be determined and warned by the Selectboard. (Amended 2001, No. M-7, § 2, eff.
