§ 303. Record of proceedings
(a)It shall be the duty of the Clerk of the Selectboard to review and sign off on an official record of its proceedings that shall be open for public inspection.
(b)The minutes of each meeting shall be approved within 30 days of the meeting by a majority vote of the Selectboard. An unofficial copy shall be filed in the Town Clerk’s office five days after said meeting. (Amended 2021, No. M-16 (Adj. Sess.), § 2, eff. May 31, 2022.)
