§ 3. Composition
The District shall be composed of and shall include all of the lands and residents within those municipalities that vote to approve and enter into this chapter at the time of its creation, and any other municipalities subsequently admitted to the District, except for those municipalities that may withdraw as provided in this chapter. (Amended 2011, No. M-11 (Adj. Sess.), § 2, eff. July 12, 2012.)
