§ 23. Clerk
It shall be the duty of the Clerk to keep a record of all proceedings of said corporation, and of the meetings of the trustees, and he or she shall give copies of the same when required, upon payment of reasonable fees. It shall be his or her duty to warn special meetings of said corporation, by the direction of a majority of the trustees, or by the written request of five voters of said corporation, and all annual meetings, by posting notice thereof in three different public places in said Village, at least six days before the time of meeting, together with a statement of the business to be transacted.
Any business may be transacted at an adjourned meeting, which under the warning might have been transacted at the original meeting.
