§ 21. Scope
In pertinent part, this charter provides the following subchapters:
(3)General provisions.
(4)Town officers.
(5)Conflict of interest.
(6)Vacancies in elected and appointed offices.
(7)Special procedures.
(8)Removal of elected or appointed Town officers.
(9)The adoption of an Administrative Code.
(10)The separability of any charter section or its parts.
