§ 201. Authority
The legislative power and authority of the Rutland County Solid Waste District and the administration and general supervision of all fiscal, prudential, and governmental affairs thereof shall be vested in a governing body known as the Board of Supervisors, except as specifically provided otherwise in this charter. (Added 2019, No. M-2, § 2, eff. April 19, 2019.)
