§ 2-104. Description of units
A description of a unit that sets forth the name of the common interest community, the volume and page in which the declaration is recorded, the town in which the common interest community is located, and the identifying number of the unit is a legally sufficient description of that unit and all rights, obligations, and interests appurtenant to that unit that were created by the declaration or bylaws.
