§ 1674. Rulemaking [Repealed effective January 1, 2026]
Pursuant to 3 V.S.A. chapter 25, the Commissioner of Health shall adopt any rules necessary for the implementation, administration, and enforcement of this chapter. (Added 2021, No. 36, § 2, eff. July 1, 2023; repealed by 2023, No. 131 (Adj. Sess.), § 10, eff. January 1, 2026.)
