§ 1316. Office of trust director
Unless the terms of a trust provide otherwise, the rules applicable to a trustee apply to a trust director regarding the following matters:
(1)acceptance under section 701 of this title;
(2)giving of bond to secure performance under section 702 of this title;
(3)reasonable compensation under section 708 of this title;
(4)resignation under section 705 of this title;
(5)removal under section 706 of this title; and
(6)vacancy and appointment of successor under section 704 of this title. (Added 2023, No. 104 (Adj. Sess.), § 1, eff. May 13, 2024; amended 2025, No. 64, § 15, eff. June 12, 2025.)
