§ 119. Resignation of agent for service of process
An agent for service of process may resign as agent by submitting to the Secretary of State for filing a statement of resignation pursuant to 11 V.S.A. § 1655. (Added 2011, No. 84 (Adj. Sess.), § 1, eff. April 20, 2012; amended 2025, No. 10, § 22, eff. July 1, 2025.)
