§ 102. Water Commission
(a)The Selectboard shall appoint a three-member board that shall serve as the Board of Water Commissioners, at least one of whom shall be a member of the Selectboard. The members shall serve staggered three-year terms.
(b)The Board of Water Commissioners shall supervise the Water Department and shall have all other duties and powers established by the general laws of the State, except that changes to water rates and the compensation of Water Department personnel shall require the consent of the Selectboard. (Added 2015, No. M-4, § 2, eff. June 1, 2015.)
