§ 101. Creation
Pursuant to 24 V.S.A. chapter 121, subchapter 3, there is hereby created a union municipal district that shall be known as Rutland County Solid Waste District (the District) and that shall be a body politic and corporate. (Added 2019, No. M-2, § 2, eff. April 19, 2019.)
