§ 10. Prosecutions
Prosecutions for violation of the provisions of this act or the provisions of any act or bylaw of the Village of Westminster, made in pursuance of this act may be commenced before any justice of the peace of the County of Windham, and all fines and costs imposed for the violation of the provisions of this act or the bylaws of the corporation, or the laws of the State within the limits of the corporation, shall be paid into the treasury of the corporation and the costs of prosecution shall be paid out of the same treasury to the persons entitled thereto. (Added 1912, No. 334, § 9.)
