§ 1. Creation of Fire District
Fairfax Fire District No. 1, within the corporate limits presently established, shall continue to be a fire district and municipal corporation by the name of the Fairfax Fire District No. 1. (Added 2023, No. M-17 (Adj. Sess.), § 2, eff. February 1, 2024.)
