Code of Virginia § 63.2-1706.1. Inspections of child welfare agencies; prioritization.

The Commissioner shall prioritize inspections of child welfare agencies in the following order:
(i)inspections conducted in response to a complaint involving a child welfare agency and
(ii)inspections of child welfare agencies that are not conducted in response to a complaint.
