The Department may offer a $1 discount for the following transactions if conducted using the Internet:

(i)a driver's license renewal pursuant to § 46.2-330 ,

(ii)a driver's license duplicate or reissue pursuant to § 46.2-343 ,

(iii)an identification card renewal pursuant to § 46.2-345 ,

(iv)an identification card duplicate or reissue pursuant to § 46.2-345 , or

(v)a certificate of title replacement pursuant to § 46.2-607 .
