It is unlawful for any person responsible for making any map or other data to be furnished pursuant to the Act to
(i)fail to correctly show, within the limits of error, the data required or
(ii)knowingly make any false statement or return in connection with such map or other data. A violation of this section is a misdemeanor, and a person convicted of violating this section shall be fined not less than $50 and not more than $200.
