Code of Virginia § 38.2-2103. Information to be printed on policy.

There shall be prominently printed on every policy issued on property in this Commonwealth
(i)the name of the insurer issuing the policy,
(ii)the location of the home office of the insurer, and
(iii)a statement specifying whether the insurer is a stock company, a mutual company, a reciprocal insurer, or other form of insurer. If the policy is jointly issued by more than one insurer, the information shall be included for each insurer.
