The Department shall annually publish on its website the average hourly payment rates for home care services for each type of service provided. The average hourly payment rates shall be differentiated for each service if the rate varies based on
(i)whether the provider is an independent provider or employed by an agency,
(ii)the provider type and qualifications,
(iii)whether the clients served are adult or pediatric, and
(iv)the geographical location of the services provided. The Department shall also publish the total number of Medicaid-paid home care claims and the number of Medicaid enrollees who received home care services in the prior year.
