81-14-205. Prohibited soliciting or advertising.
(1)A person may not solicit or advertise to:
(a)find a person to which to make a transfer of custody in violation of Subsection 81-14-203(1) ;
(b)identify a minor child for a transfer of custody in violation of Subsection 81-14-203(3) ; or
(c)act as an intermediary in a transfer of custody in violation of Subsection 81-14-203(3) .
(2)A violation of this section is a class B misdemeanor.
