79-4-102. Definitions.
As used in this chapter:
(1)"Division" means the Division of State Parks.
(2)"Facility" means the same as that term is defined in Section 51-9-901 .
(3)"Outdoor recreation infrastructure" means the same as that term is defined in Section 51-9-901 .
