78B-7-901. Definitions.
As used in this part:
(1)"Conviction" means:
(a)a verdict or conviction;
(b)a plea of guilty or guilty with a mental condition;
(c)a plea of no contest; or
(d)the acceptance by the court of a plea in abeyance.
(2)"Immediate family" means the same as that term is defined in Section 76-5-106.5 .
