78B-6a-104. Violation of order enjoining a public or private nuisance -- Civil penalty.
A person who knowingly violates any judgment or order abating or enjoining a public nuisance or private nuisance:
(1)is guilty of a class B misdemeanor; and
(2)is subject to a civil penalty of $50 per day for each day that the nuisance continues in violation of the order.
