78A-5b-101. Definitions for chapter.
As used in this chapter:
(1)"Judicial Council" means the same as that term is defined in Section 78A-2-103 .
(a)"State entity" means the state or any agency, department, board, or commission of the state.
(b)"State entity" includes the Legislature and any committee of the Legislature.
(3)"State official" means:
(a)a member of the Legislature;
(b)the governor;
(c)the lieutenant governor;
(d)a member of the governor's cabinet;
(e)the state auditor;
(f)the state treasurer; or
(g)the attorney general.
