75E-8-205. Annual reporting requirement to Legislature.
(1)Before November 1 of each year, the commission shall report to the Commission on Criminal and Juvenile Justice, the Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice Interim Committee, and the Judiciary Interim Committee on:
(a)the number of complaints received;
(b)the general nature of the complaints;
(c)the number of complaints dismissed without an investigation;
(d)the number of complaints investigated;
(e)the general findings and outcomes of investigations; and
(f)the name of any prosecuting agency that refused, without reasonable cause, to cooperate in an investigation by the commission.
(2)The commission may not include any personal identifying information regarding a prosecuting attorney in a report described in Subsection
(1).
