75E-7-101. Definitions for chapter.
As used in this chapter:
(1)"Board" means the Domestic Violence Offender Treatment Board created in Section 75E-7-102 .
(2)"Commission" means the Commission on Criminal and Juvenile Justice created in Section 75E-3-102 .
