75E-5-206. Rulemaking -- Exemption from Administrative Procedures Act.
(1)The office shall make, in accordance with Title 63G, Chapter 3, Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act , rules for procedures for contested determinations by a compensation specialist.
(2)The office is exempt from Title 63G, Chapter 4, Administrative Procedures Act .
