75E-2-204. Annual report by the department.
(1)The department shall annually prepare and publish a report directed to the governor, the Legislature, the commission, and the Judicial Council.
(2)The report shall describe how:
(a)the commission fulfilled the commission's statutory purposes and duties during the year; and
(b)the department fulfilled the department's statutory purposes and duties during the year.
