63N-3a-401. Definitions.
As used in this part:
(1)"Incentive" means the same as that term is defined in Section 11-41-201 .
(2)"Large load data center" means the same as that term is defined in Section 11-41-201 .
(3)"Reinvestment account" means the State Reinvestment Restricted Account created in Section 51-9-1102 .
(4)"Zone" means a regionally significant development zone that includes, or is proposed to include, a large load data center.
