63C-30-101. Definitions.
As used in this chapter:
(1)"Board" means the County Recorder Standards Board created in Section 63C-30-201 .
(2)"Department" means the Department of Commerce created in Section 13-1-2 .
Enacted by Chapter 413 , 2023 General Session
Technically renumbered to avoid duplication of newly enacted Chapter also in HB 43, Chapter 109 and SB 22, Chapter 489.
