58-93-301. Licensure required -- License classifications.
(1)A licensee is required to engage in an act regulated by this chapter. except as otherwise provided in this chapter.
(2)The division shall issue to a person that qualifies under this chapter a license in the following classifications:
(a)bail bond agency;
(b)bail enforcement agent;
(c)bail recovery agent; and
(d)bail recovery apprentice.
