57-8a-801. Definitions.
As used in this part:
(1)"Charging system" means a device that is:
(a)used to provide electricity to an electric or hybrid electric vehicle; and
(b)designed to ensure a safe connection between the electric grid and the vehicle.
(2)"General electrical contractor" means the same as that term is defined in Section 58-55-202 .
(3)"Residential electrical contractor" means the same as that term is defined in Section 58-55-202 .
