53H-3-204. Technical college board of trustees -- Unique powers and duties.
In addition to the duties described in Section 53H-3-201 , a technical college board of trustees shall, regarding the strategic plan described in Subsection 53H-3-201(2) , consult with the board, other higher education institutions, school districts, and charter schools within the technical college's region regarding the delivery of technical education within the region.
