53G-11-305. Professional learning in change management.
(1)The state board shall provide the individuals described in Subsection
(2)with professional learning regarding change management.
(2)Each elementary principal and a principal supervisor, member of LEA leadership, and LEA literacy specialist shall complete the professional learning described in Subsection
(1)before July 1, 2027.
(3)The state board may make rules, in accordance with Title 63G, Chapter 3, Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act , to establish a process for the delivery and completion of the professional learning described in this section.
